Information for New Students
Please bring your child's original birth certificate to the main School Office so that a copy can be taken. This must take place prior to your child's start at Summerhill Infant School.

Prior to starting at Summerhill Infant School you will need to complete a number of electronic forms and accompanying documents (if applicable) and will need to submit prior to your child's start. The electronic forms will be sent to you, after having met with the Headmaster and confirmation of a start date has been confirmed. If your child is starting Reception in September 2024, you will receive an email notification of when to complete the below forms.
